How many tables can I sit at per stake?

At Betcoin Poker, you can only sit at one table per stake when you are not playing against another player. Therefore if you are at a heads up table Odessa and it is just you at the table you may not sit at another Odessa table. If you are playing at Odessa against another player, you can open another Odessa table.
